Purchasers who select this service will receive compensation for package loss or damage during transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"wd-2308eaaa\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">1. Service Fee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-ff437cf0\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">The service fee is 8% of the product value, collected together with the product payment.<br>Minimum charge: $30<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"wd-c79efe00\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">2. Coverage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"wd-3b6a58f6\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">(1) Loss<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-6814f135\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">Total loss: Compensation equals the full product value and 100% of the shipping cost.<br>Partial loss: After valid proof is provided, compensation will be based on the value of the lost items.<br>Compensation basis: The lower of the product value or order sale price.<br>Maximum compensation per parcel: $5,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"wd-463bb2ff\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">(2) Damage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-670ffd1d\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">If the product becomes unusable due to transportation damage, compensation may be requested.<br>Maximum coverage: 30% of the shipping fee and up to USD 100 of product value, whichever is lower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-9aaa3fad\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">The following cases are not covered under damage compensation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The outer packaging is intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The outer packaging is deformed or damaged, but the contents are unaffected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other cases not covered under this protection (see Section 4).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"wd-2ac8214c\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">Delivery Inspection Notice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please inspect the outer packaging and weight upon delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is recommended to open the package and check items in the presence of the courier before signing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If any damage is found, you may refuse to sign and take photos as evidence immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please keep all packaging materials and contents until the review process is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"wd-67ddec55\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">3. Claim Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"wd-a518b63a\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">Submitting a Claim<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-59ee904b\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">Please submit your claim within 24 hours of receiving the package; overdue claims will not be accepted.<br>Packages uncollected for more than 30 days after arrival will not be eligible for compensation.<br>How to apply: Send the following documents to <strong><a>Talantacticaltw@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> with the subject line: \u201cMember ID + Order Number + Claim Request.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"wd-6d3547ad\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">Required Documents<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of purchase (invoice or transaction record showing product details and value).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order confirmation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos of the packaging and contents (showing loss or damage, if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"wd-d677978f\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">Review and Result<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"wd-1176d64a\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">Upon receiving complete documentation, the site will reply within 7 business days.<br>If documents are incomplete or insufficient, the site reserves the right to reject the claim.<br>After approval, notification will be sent via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"wd-034eacc4\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">4. Exclusions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Natural disasters: earthquakes, typhoons, storms, floods, fires, tsunamis, frost, fog, snow, geological disasters, pandemics, and other force majeure events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural deterioration, wear and tear, or quality issues caused by temperature or humidity changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect or inconsistent recipient information: wrong address, incomplete data, or mismatch with member information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery issues: no recipient available, lack of valid signature, or no valid proof of delivery from the carrier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss caused by recipient negligence or refusal to accept delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price fluctuations or market value changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social incidents: war, civil unrest, riots, strikes, terrorism, or regional disputes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Radiation contamination, policy restrictions, export\/import bans, or temporary sanctions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"wd-c92fcf71\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\">5.
