Article 1 – Scope and Definitions

  2. Customer/You: Refers to the consumer who has placed an order on this website.
  3. Store Credit: Refund amounts credited to your registered account on this website for future purchases (non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash unless required by law).
  4. Refund: Funds returned to the original payment method. Store credit is default; customers may request a refund to the original payment method subject to applicable conditions.

Article 2 – Eligibility and Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Application Period: Within 7 calendar days from the day after receipt confirmation (in accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act).
  2. Product Condition: Items must remain unused, unassembled/unmodified, undamaged, and in brand-new condition.
  3. Completeness: Original packaging, inner protection, tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, gifts, and invoice (if issued) must be returned intact.
  4. Purchase Source: Only items purchased directly from this website are eligible.
  5. Promotional/Discount Orders: Refunds are based on the actual paid amount.
  6. Exchange Method: All exchanges are processed as return first, then exchange.

Article 3 – Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  1. Used, assembled, modified, or damaged items.
  2. Incomplete packaging, missing accessories, documentation, gifts, or invoices.
  3. Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraving, special orders).
  4. Gift vouchers, e-vouchers, or digital certificates.
  5. Returns beyond the stated 7-day period.
  6. Damage due to negligence, collision, water exposure, corrosion, or illegal use.
  7. Malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  8. Special Note: Returns/exchanges are not accepted for loose warranty screws unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.

Article 4 – Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact customer service and provide your order number and product photos.
  2. Upon approval, an RMA number and return instructions will be issued.
  3. Securely package the product and include contact details and the reason for return.
  4. Ship back using a trackable shipping method to the designated address.
  5. After inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–10 business days.

Article 5 – Shipping Costs & Risk

  1. General Returns: Return shipping is borne by the customer; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Defective or Wrong Item: Return shipping will be covered by us.
  3. The customer is responsible for loss or damage during return transit; we recommend insured and trackable shipping services.

Article 6 – Refunds & Store Credit

  1. Principle: Store credit by default; refunds to the original payment method available upon request.
  2. Processing Time: 3–10 business days after successful inspection (actual posting time depends on the payment gateway/bank).
  3. Shipping Fee Rules:
    • Non-defective returns: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Defective or incorrect items: full refund including original shipping fees.
  4. Fees:
    • Within the 7-day statutory period: no handling fees.
    • Beyond the statutory period or exceptional cases (upon approval): handling or restocking fees may apply.
    • Order cancellations (before shipment): refunds may incur 2–5% payment gateway fees according to gateway policy.

Article 7 – Order Cancellations

  1. Before Shipment: Store credit by default; if a refund to the original method is requested, gateway fees may be deducted.
  2. After Shipment: Treated as a return and subject to this policy.

Article 8 – Gifts & Bundled Items

  1. Gift orders may only be refunded to the original purchaser.
  2. Gift vouchers and e-vouchers are non-refundable.
  3. Bundles or orders with gifts must be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted.

Article 9 – Warranty

  1. Limited warranty of 90–365 days from the date of purchase, applicable only to the original purchaser.
  2. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only; consumables and normal wear are excluded.
  3. Exclusions include negligence, misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  4. If an item is deemed non-warranty after inspection, a written explanation will be provided.
