Article 1 – Scope and Definitions

- Customer/You: Refers to the consumer who has placed an order on this website.
- Store Credit: Refund amounts credited to your registered account on this website for future purchases (non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash unless required by law).
- Refund: Funds returned to the original payment method. Store credit is default; customers may request a refund to the original payment method subject to applicable conditions.
Article 2 – Eligibility and Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
- Application Period: Within 7 calendar days from the day after receipt confirmation (in accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act).
- Product Condition: Items must remain unused, unassembled/unmodified, undamaged, and in brand-new condition.
- Completeness: Original packaging, inner protection, tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, gifts, and invoice (if issued) must be returned intact.
- Purchase Source: Only items purchased directly from this website are eligible.
- Promotional/Discount Orders: Refunds are based on the actual paid amount.
- Exchange Method: All exchanges are processed as return first, then exchange.
Article 3 – Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used, assembled, modified, or damaged items.
- Incomplete packaging, missing accessories, documentation, gifts, or invoices.
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraving, special orders).
- Gift vouchers, e-vouchers, or digital certificates.
- Returns beyond the stated 7-day period.
- Damage due to negligence, collision, water exposure, corrosion, or illegal use.
- Malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Special Note: Returns/exchanges are not accepted for loose warranty screws unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.
Article 4 – Return & Exchange Procedure
- Contact customer service and provide your order number and product photos.
- Upon approval, an RMA number and return instructions will be issued.
- Securely package the product and include contact details and the reason for return.
- Ship back using a trackable shipping method to the designated address.
- After inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–10 business days.
Article 5 – Shipping Costs & Risk
- General Returns: Return shipping is borne by the customer; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective or Wrong Item: Return shipping will be covered by us.
- The customer is responsible for loss or damage during return transit; we recommend insured and trackable shipping services.
Article 6 – Refunds & Store Credit
- Principle: Store credit by default; refunds to the original payment method available upon request.
- Processing Time: 3–10 business days after successful inspection (actual posting time depends on the payment gateway/bank).
- Shipping Fee Rules:
- Non-defective returns: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective or incorrect items: full refund including original shipping fees.
- Fees:
- Within the 7-day statutory period: no handling fees.
- Beyond the statutory period or exceptional cases (upon approval): handling or restocking fees may apply.
- Order cancellations (before shipment): refunds may incur 2–5% payment gateway fees according to gateway policy.
Article 7 – Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Store credit by default; if a refund to the original method is requested, gateway fees may be deducted.
- After Shipment: Treated as a return and subject to this policy.
Article 8 – Gifts & Bundled Items
- Gift orders may only be refunded to the original purchaser.
- Gift vouchers and e-vouchers are non-refundable.
- Bundles or orders with gifts must be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted.
Article 9 – Warranty
- Limited warranty of 90–365 days from the date of purchase, applicable only to the original purchaser.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only; consumables and normal wear are excluded.
- Exclusions include negligence, misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
- If an item is deemed non-warranty after inspection, a written explanation will be provided.
