This site offers an optional “Shipping Protection” service, which members can add when placing an order. Purchasers who select this service will receive compensation for package loss or damage during transportation.
1. Service Fee
The service fee is 8% of the product value, collected together with the product payment.
Minimum charge: $30
2. Coverage
(1) Loss
Total loss: Compensation equals the full product value and 100% of the shipping cost.
Partial loss: After valid proof is provided, compensation will be based on the value of the lost items.
Compensation basis: The lower of the product value or order sale price.
Maximum compensation per parcel: $5,000.
(2) Damage
If the product becomes unusable due to transportation damage, compensation may be requested.
Maximum coverage: 30% of the shipping fee and up to USD 100 of product value, whichever is lower.
The following cases are not covered under damage compensation:
- The outer packaging is intact.
- The outer packaging is deformed or damaged, but the contents are unaffected.
- Other cases not covered under this protection (see Section 4).
Delivery Inspection Notice
- Please inspect the outer packaging and weight upon delivery.
- It is recommended to open the package and check items in the presence of the courier before signing.
- If any damage is found, you may refuse to sign and take photos as evidence immediately.
- Please keep all packaging materials and contents until the review process is completed.
3. Claim Procedure
Submitting a Claim
Please submit your claim within 24 hours of receiving the package; overdue claims will not be accepted.
Packages uncollected for more than 30 days after arrival will not be eligible for compensation.
How to apply: Send the following documents to Talantacticaltw@gmail.com with the subject line: “Member ID + Order Number + Claim Request.”
Required Documents
- Proof of purchase (invoice or transaction record showing product details and value).
- Order confirmation email.
- Photos of the packaging and contents (showing loss or damage, if applicable).
Review and Result
Upon receiving complete documentation, the site will reply within 7 business days.
If documents are incomplete or insufficient, the site reserves the right to reject the claim.
After approval, notification will be sent via email.
4. Exclusions
- Natural disasters: earthquakes, typhoons, storms, floods, fires, tsunamis, frost, fog, snow, geological disasters, pandemics, and other force majeure events.
- Natural deterioration, wear and tear, or quality issues caused by temperature or humidity changes.
- Incorrect or inconsistent recipient information: wrong address, incomplete data, or mismatch with member information.
- Delivery issues: no recipient available, lack of valid signature, or no valid proof of delivery from the carrier.
- Loss caused by recipient negligence or refusal to accept delivery.
- Price fluctuations or market value changes.
- Social incidents: war, civil unrest, riots, strikes, terrorism, or regional disputes.
- Radiation contamination, policy restrictions, export/import bans, or temporary sanctions.
5. Others
This protection applies only to orders with added shipping protection service.
The site reserves the right to modify and make the final interpretation of these terms.
